For Sudhoff, a love for the industry came at an early age.  After years of touring open houses in his Corpus Christi, TX neighborhood by bike for fun, the then 16-year-old high school senior with one business already under his belt, reached out to Marilyn Hoffman of Dallas-based Hoffman International Properties, one of the state’s most prestigious luxury residential real estate firms, with the hopes of landing a job.

While still too young to be licensed, Sudhoff worked under a local realtor.  Shortly after turning 18 and earning his license, he sold his first home which was quickly with the closing of his first luxury listing, an $800,000 property in Portland, TX. That was it, he was hooked and over the next few years he became the top agent in Corpus Christi.

Looking for new opportunities and challenges, Sudhoff made the move to the Houston market in March 2010. He settled into the Uptown area, and established his current corporate headquarters with room to expand at 3050 Post Oak Boulevard.
